PROCESSING
In recent years, we have invested in significant state-of-the-art equipment to initially meet the needs of our Corporate Clients. This Service is now extended to all our Customers.
1. METALWORKING

CHAMFERING
Chamfering is a mechanical machining process used to create an angular finish or an inclined edge on the edges of a material, usually metal. The term is often associated with the machining of metal parts such as pipes or bars, where a bevel (a beveled or sloped edge) is created on the edges.
We can make chamferings up to Ø 600mm.

CUTTING
Steel cutting is a machining process that allows for the separation, shaping, or finishing of a piece of steel, using various methods and technologies. This process can be carried out in various ways, depending on specific needs, such as size, shape, type of steel, and desired finish. Steel cutting is fundamental in many industries, including automotive, aerospace, construction, and metalworking.
We can make cuttings up to Ø 600mm.

GROOVING
The grooving process is a mechanical operation primarily used to achieve a controlled curvature of a material, such as pipes, bars, or plates, to adapt it to specific geometries or tolerances required for an application. This processing allows for the shaping and deforming of a material, usually metallic, so that it takes on a curved shape without compromising its strength and stability characteristics.
We can make grooving up to 8”.

MILLING
Milling is a mechanical machining process used to remove material from a workpiece using a rotating tool called a mill. This process is used to obtain shapes, flat surfaces, or complex profiles on materials such as metal, plastic, wood, and alloys. Milling is one of the main machining techniques in mechanical workshops and in many industrial sectors, such as automotive, aerospace, and machinery production.
We make milling up to Ø 1000mm.

THREADING
Threading is a mechanical machining process that allows the creation of a thread, that is, a spiral or helical groove, on a cylindrical or conical surface of a material, usually metallic, but also on other materials such as plastic or wood. This process is mainly used to allow the assembly of components through screws, bolts, nuts, and other similar devices.
We make threads up to 6” gas, NPT and others.

TURNING
Turning is a mechanical machining process in which a cutting tool, called a lathe tool, removes material from a rotating workpiece to achieve a desired shape. The workpiece, called a part, rotates on a lathe, while the cutting tool moves along the material to remove the excess material. This process is mainly used for machining metals, but it can also be applied to plastic, wood, and other materials.
We make turns up to Ø 1000mm.
2. CUSTOMIZATION
We can do:
- Customization of standard products
- Forging of parts according to design
3. REALIZATION
Realization of:
- Small / Medium carpentry by cutting / bending and welding – Carbon Steel and Stainless Steel → Special Products
- Lubrication, filtration, gas and air treatment skids → Skids
- Container and Cabin Equipment for Fixed and Mobile Plants → Multipurpose Offshore Patrol Wessels, Water Treatment, Special Containers

LASER CUTTING
Laser cutting is a manufacturing process that uses a high-powered laser beam to cut or engrave materials with great precision. This process is widely used in industries such as metalworking, automotive, aerospace, and manufacturing, as it can cut through a variety of materials, including metals, plastics, wood, and ceramics. Laser cutting is known for its accuracy, speed, and ability to produce intricate designs.

METAL BLENDING
Metal bending is a manufacturing process used to shape and form metal into desired angles or curves by applying force to the material. It involves deforming the metal to achieve a specific geometric shape, usually by creating a bend along a straight axis. This process is widely used in industries such as construction, automotive, aerospace, and fabrication to create parts and components like brackets, pipes, sheets, and frames.

WELDING
Welding is a fabrication process that involves joining two or more metal parts by applying heat, pressure, or both to create a permanent bond. The process typically melts the base metal and, in many cases, a filler material, which cools and solidifies to form a strong joint. Welding is widely used in industries such as construction, automotive, aerospace, manufacturing, and maintenance for creating durable, high-strength connections between metal parts.
