WATER TREATMENT
CLARIFLOCCULATION
Type PLUG & PLAY CUSTOMIZED
Clariflocculation is a water treatment process that combines both clarification and flocculation to remove suspended particles, contaminants, and impurities from water or wastewater. It is often used in various industries like municipal water treatment, industrial wastewater treatment, and even in some food and beverage processes.
Clarification is the initial phase where large, visible particles are removed from the water through a physical process of settling. This usually takes place in a sedimentation tank, where the water is allowed to sit undisturbed for a period. The heavier particles (e.g., sand, silt, debris) naturally settle to the bottom due to gravity, forming what is called sludge.
The clarified water is then separated from the sludge.
After clarification, smaller and finer particles that remain suspended in the water can be treated through Flocculation. In this step, chemicals known as flocculants (typically coagulants like alum or ferric salts) are added to the water to help smaller particles clump together and form larger, heavier aggregates called flocs.

SCR DeNOx stands for Selective Catalytic Reduction for De-NOx, which is a widely used technology for reducing nitrogen oxides (NOx) emissions in industrial processes, especially in power plants, boilers, and vehicles (such as diesel engines).
NOx gases, primarily nitrogen oxide (NO) and nitrogen dioxide (NO₂), are harmful pollutants that contribute to smog, acid rain, and respiratory problems.
The SCR DeNOx process uses a catalytic reaction to convert NOx into harmless nitrogen (N₂) and water vapor (H₂O), which are naturally present in the atmosphere.
SCR is considered one of the most efficient technologies for NOx reduction.

It’s typically perforated with holes where the ends of the tubes are inserted, welded, or expanded, ensuring the proper alignment and secure attachment of the tubes.
